I am linking up with Andrea for her Show and Tell Tuesday series.
I'm JulieAnn and I am married to Adrian who is a coach and a teacher at a small 1A school in central Texas.
Even my name is quirky: a capital "A" in the middle of my name, yet is all one word.
#thanksmom
I'm 24 but an "old soul". You will find us vacationing to Las Vegas with my uncle and my husband's grandparents.
I love to send Christmas Cards and write thank you notes to people and send via snail mail.
I HATE camping. I just HATE it with a passion.
I did however set this tent up all by myself and was rather proud of myself.
I wear this beanie on every bus ride. It is now a tradition.
The first time I ever got on an airplane was when I was 18 years old and flew all the way to London!
Ever since then I want to fly everywhere.
I started dating my husband when I was 15. Almost 10 years I have been with this guy.
THAT.IS.CRAZY.
You will find me at a football field, a basketball gym, or a track from August until May.
I hate mowing the yard. I think it is the worst. Well in between the months of August and May, my husband isn't home so who gets to be the one to ensure we don't look trashy? Me.
I never agreed to this term when I said I do.
I laugh when I am uncomfortable.
True Story: I met a parent of one of Adrian's players and I was trying to make conversation. Well I knew that she lived around the block from us, so I told her "I know where y'all live" and started laughing.
Y'all she has not spoken to me since and that was TWO years ago.
I'm a sports nerd. There is no denying it.
I listen to ESPN radio all day. I can give you the line up if you would like?
Russillo & Kanell is my favorite. 12-3 pm
I used to have the Tony Parker and Tim Ducan's webiste saved as a favorite and would cheek it every day. I also checked their stats after every game. I know I'm strange.
I have to hold paper. I love to write and highlight.
I also write in pen on my planner. I am not a pencil girl.
Random Notes:
I despise washing dishes. I only lived in one house 3 months that had a dish washer and then we moved.
I grew up without one and now I continue to live in a house without one. #firstworldproblems
However, I do love laundry. It is such a great feeling to not have any laying around that needs washing.
I WILL NOT eat chicken on a bone.
I throw away my husbands long white socks.
I cannot let my food touch on my plate! EVER.
I talk to myself when I am driving.
I set at least 4 alarms on my phone at night.
I will sleep on the couch when my husband isn't home.
I have never lived in a town with a population of more than 1,000 people.
What issues should I work on in therapy first?
:)
XOXO ~ JulieAnn

ReplyDeleteSo much yes to food touching, I've often thought about investing in one of those sectioned plates they make for children because it really would solve a lot of my problems. I hear you on the pencil thing too, occasionally I'll use a pencil to make cut lines on a piece of paper but it's rare, I still remember how excited I was in grade 6 when we were finally allowed to use pen instead of pencil!
Thanks for stopping by! I do have one of those divided plates :) It is worth the money.
DeleteI get so excited about sending out Christmas cards as well :) There's just something about snail mail that's so fun!
